By accessing the 347 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Users must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to use such services under the laws of Bangladesh. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To register with 347, a valid active mobile number and accurate personal information are required. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure. Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Password & Account Security
Keep your account password strictly confidential and never share it with anyone. Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
347 will not be held liable for any loss arising from sharing account login credentials with a third party or from user negligence.
User Responsibilities
- No fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities are permitted on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to collect or use another user's account information is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or compromise system security will be subject to legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Rules
All financial transactions on 347 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
Deposit Rules
- After each deposit transaction is completed, the reference number must be confirmed.
- The minimum deposit amount will be specified in the platform's payment section.
- Payments from third-party names are not accepted; transfers must be made from your own registered number.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- 347 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Important Transaction Information
Providing incorrect information during a deposit or withdrawal may result in the transaction being cancelled and additional time being required to process any refund. For any transaction issues, contact [email protected] immediately and keep screenshots of the transaction for reference. 347 will provide full assistance for transactions delayed due to technical issues.

The 347 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior or collusion with other users.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of platform content.
Limitation of Liability
347 will not be held liable under the following circumstances:
- If services are disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or third-party technical problems.
- Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing of account credentials.
- If services are interrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If any damage occurs due to viruses or malware on the user's device.
Gaming and betting carry financial risk. Returns or profits cannot be guaranteed.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
347 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Temporarily Suspended
- If suspicious transactions or account activity are detected.
- When a security verification is required.
- For temporary interruptions requested by the user.
Permanent Closure
- If a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions is established.
- In cases where fraud or money laundering has been established.
- If closure is required in accordance with a legal directive.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, and software on the 347 platform are protected under 347's intellectual property rights. No content may be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 347.
Any third-party links found on the 347 platform are solely the responsibility of those third parties — both for their content and conduct. Please review their own terms and conditions before visiting any third-party site.
Terms Updates, Governing Law & Contact
Terms Amendment Policy
347 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered mobile number — so it is important to provide an accurate mobile number at the time of registration.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, resolution will first be sought through dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached through dialogue, the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh shall apply.
